We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals. Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how. We’re especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you’ll be expected to executives and clients on a daily basis.
Business Development Office Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
• Support the Firm’s Market committee in creation and execution of the Firm’s Marketing Strategic Plans.
• Contribute to development of business plans and work with Partners and Practice Group heads to execute business development initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity, client and company, sector and geographic trends, draw conclusions, assess implications and prepare marketing and research reports.
Lead Generation:
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and using network to Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Follow up on any Sales Leads, Clearly providing pertinent facts.
• You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the industry.
• You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
