Job Description

The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER/AREA SALES MANAGER (B2B) is responsible for driving sales and managing business development activities anywhere in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh for B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail segments in FMCthe G sector specifically in food supply chain. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential B2B & B2C customers within the assigned region.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and needs.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (., marketing, and product development) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Regularly meet with clients to review performance, identify new opportunities, and address challenges.

Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve business goals in the assigned region.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts.

Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services and how they meet client needs.

Provide training and support to clients on product/service offerings and their benefits.
