About role :
We're looking for a dynamic individual who is good at driving sales and reaching month-on-month targets. Our b2b clients are from across the country. We're looking for someone good at explaining our products, Securing upsells, Building lasting relationships with our clients, and turning our customers into Earthfokus brand promoters.

Responsibilities Include :
Manage inbound and outbound leads
Provide demos to our clients and convert them into customers
Understand the customer's needs and help them with the right products.
Upsell our new range of solutions to our existing customers.
Generate new leads
Identify and forecast monthly sales and targets
Achieve month-on-month targets
Liaise with technical support, Accounting, and other areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) from tier 1,2 colleges
0 - 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or related field
Exceptional client management and communications skills
Understand the business model and have experience delivering and implementing solutions for customers
Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
Experience working with reseller sales channel models is a plus
Experience implementing customer solutions is a plus
