Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Travelling and meeting potential stakeholders and partners
• Building a marketing channel and engaging the channel partners
• Organizing sales events
• Follow up with the existing clients and channel partners
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
• BM/MS degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a sales representative or sales manager together with the potential and attitude required to learn is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strongly preferred experience with Banking industry or Insurance sales channel.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
