Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting property sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Working on leads generated by Tele callers, digital marketing or any other source

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Rich experience in Real Estate field for at least 3-6 years.

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role in Real Estate

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and intermediate in Kannada and Hindi

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Able to negotiate with clients considering the business continuity

Able to analyse the situation and respond accordingly Fast learner and passion for sales

Time management and planning skills

Able to achieve targets as set by the management Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
