Overview:
• Business Development Experience from Previous Engineering Company /Naval Sector Required.
• B. Tech / (Mech) Degree Holders Only will be Considered.
• Should have Basic Marketing/Business Development skills to Promote business to Clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Communication with vendors & Govt. Personnel for Products/Projects.
• Following up on business leads with various Department officials in person.
• Proposing Project Proposals to Departments by assessing their needs and requirements at site.
• Building relations with Key Department personnel to ensure growth of Business.
• Achieve the set deadlines with Project/Product Handover dates.
• Handling Project Co-ordination from Marketing stage to bidding and co-ordinate thereafter for part project execution and Delivery, commissioning at Site.
• Submitting of Budgetary Quotes for materials or services to departments.
• Undertaking Site visit to understand the scope of work in depth before bidding.
• Preparing weekly work progress reports for review.
• To be a Good Team Player with associates and juniors.
• Mandatory to have a good grasp on Microsoft Office.
• To have a Goal-Oriented Nature to be able to Achieve Deadlines.
Note:
Ø Performance-based Increments are offered on completion of Probation Period.
Ø On-time Project Completion Incentives are also provided to all Permanent Employees.
Ø Employees need to Undergo Mandatory Probation period of 3 Months to be Permanently Enrolled.
Ø Submission of Valid PVC is Mandatory at the Time of Joining is Mandatory.
