Work Responsibilities:
● Responsible for end to end partnership development in the assigned area.
● Manage the partners pipeline & source the leads
● Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned area.
● Identify & finalise the potential partners in assigned areas, ensure smooth onboarding & keep the communication alive.
● Maintaining the relationship with all the stakeholders to keep the partners active.
● Cross functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
● Ensure the target is achieved in a given timeline.
● Provide reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
Requirements:
Qualification
● Must have a graduate degree in Business, marketing or similar field.
● Must have 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales
● Managed Team of 2-3 people before - preference
● Should be good with mental mathematical calculations.
● Age should be between 25-30 years
Soft Skills
● Excellent verbal communications skills in Hindi
● Experience of CRM is preferred
● Should be well versed in using mobile applications
● Strong customer service skills and networking
● Basic knowledge with MS office is preferred
