Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios - Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discount.
Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
Travel within Gujarat - mostly South & Central Gujarat to meet potential and existing customers
Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs
Escalate feedback received from client to top management and undertake corrective actions as and when required.
