•Business development Manager is responsible for the recruitment process of
channel partner under their management.
•Business development Manager has to give training & nurturing to channel partner.
•In a month, Minimum business should come from ten channel partners associated
with the business development Manager.
•Business development Manager has to engage with a channel partner.
•Business development Manager will meet for new channel partner only.
(Exciting channel partner of Gruham will not be counted in that)
•Fresh Channel partner also most welcomed, also they are not involving in a real
estate background.
•Mutual fund (MF) representative, Medical representative (MR), Investment
representative, tax consultant, audit & financial advisory consultant, banker
representative, LIC advisory, Automobile advisory, Top business-classexecutive..etc.
•Business development Manager has to conduct 10 meetings every day with new
and exciting channel partners.
•Coordination with channel partners for the smooth functioning of channel partners
inquiry & hand-holding to channel partners.
•Business development Manager has to follow the standard registration procedure
for the new channel partner.
•The site visit of 30 different channel partners should be visited within a month at the
Site.
