Purpose
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager - Institutions to lead our business
development and opportunity qualification activities within Institution. This position reports
to the CEO/COO and will be focusing on Institutional acquisition and help in fast geo expansion across the country.
Business Development Manager - Institutions will be a key representative of the company in the
operating out of Delhi/Noida and will likely need to travel extensively.
Job Responsibility
Product Management
Communicating service to prospective institutions
Generate sales leads and achieve the required budgets
Pitching services to institutions and relevant Government bodies
Working towards managing productive relationship with institutions
Identifying the appropriate services required @ institutions
Informing and creating awareness about the offerings and services
Developing and managing network of contacts outside the company
Competitor analysis
Marketing and institute outreach, working with CEO/COO
Operational and Sales Strategy
Procure the correct Databases to help the business and revenue grow
Identifying strategies to increase execution efficiency
Focusing on call to institution and thereby candidate acquisition conversion
strategy.
Liaison with government bodies for relevant candidate acquisition
Maximize candidate acquisition through institutional tie up
Target planning and formulating strategies to achieve the same.
Review performance weekly.
Preferred Skills
Utilizing CRM systems, developing metrics and dashboards.
Experience with marketing communications
Excellent Presentation and communication skills
Desired Qualification
MBA marketing
2-3 years of relevant business development experience.
