Purpose
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager - Institutions to lead our business
development and opportunity qualification activities within Institution. This position reports
to the CEO/COO and will be focusing on Institutional acquisition and help in fast geo expansion across the country.
Business Development Manager - Institutions will be a key representative of the company in the
operating out of Delhi/Noida and will likely need to travel extensively.
Job Responsibility
Product Management
• Communicating service to prospective institutions
• Generate sales leads and achieve the required budgets
• Pitching services to institutions and relevant Government bodies
• Working towards managing productive relationship with institutions
• Identifying the appropriate services required @ institutions
• Informing and creating awareness about the offerings and services
• Developing and managing network of contacts outside the company
• Competitor analysis
• Marketing and institute outreach, working with CEO/COO
Operational and Sales Strategy
• Procure the correct Databases to help the business and revenue grow
• Identifying strategies to increase execution efficiency
• Focusing on call to institution and thereby candidate acquisition conversion
strategy.
• Liaison with government bodies for relevant candidate acquisition
• Maximize candidate acquisition through institutional tie up
• Target planning and formulating strategies to achieve the same.
• Review performance weekly.
Preferred Skills
• Utilizing CRM systems, developing metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with marketing communications
• Excellent Presentation and communication skills
Desired Qualification
• MBA marketing
• 2-3 years of relevant business development experience.
