Job Description

Accurately plan forecast and achieve fortnightly revenue targets through up selling, cross selling and renewals from the assigned set of existing clients (corporate, industrial, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers) and growing business.

Build and manage productive, professional long term relationship with clients.

To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company,

Responsible for team members reporting on daily weekly monthly basis.

Responsible for reporting daily weekly and monthly performance to Branch Head.

Formulate team members development plan and ensure fulfilment of their training needs.
