As a Manager Business Development US Staffing Sales and Recruitment, your main responsibility will be Sales and Business Development Manager to expand business in new accounts in US Staffing services.

Mandatory to have US Staffing Experience-Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate for the position should have:

? Strong knowledge of US Staffing Industry.

? Well connected with Hiring Managers and Prime/T1 Vendors.

? Ability to generate leads from own network.

? Proven track record of successful Purchase Order (PO) and submissions.

? Able to generate new leads and get C2C requirements from Prime Vendors/Tier 1 Vendors.

? Have Extensive years of experience with Sales and Business Development in US Staffing and Recruitment acquiring direct clients.

? Have extensive experience in cold calling, and negotiating deals.

? Comfortable with Night Shift (US Time Zone).

Requirements:

? Work as per US Shift.

? Experience of consultation in segments- Finance, IT, Healthcare, and Insurance etc. on BA, QA, Java, SDET, etc. skills

? Excellent communications skills in consultative setting to cater to the needs of vendors.

? Must have own third party list or working knowledge to fetch consultants.

? Must have contacts and working knowledge with Third parties/Sub Vendors.

? Well versed with Skills such as BA, QA, Java, DevOps, .NET, SDET, and others in demand IT- skills to understand the requirements from PV/T-1 Vendors.
