Business Development Manager

Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing

Type of Job: Concept Selling (Field Job)

Remuneration: CTC+ incentive

Scope of work:

1. Research and identify new market opportunities.

2. Client Identification

3. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

4. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

5. Liaison with clients & external agencies

6. Leading a group of members (supervising & motivating)

7. Setting up goals for self as well as for the team members & guide them to achieve the same.

8. Brand Promotion

9. Organising promotional event both inhouse & in association with external agencies.

10. Execution of Organisational policies.

11. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

12. Any other job assigns by management as & when required

Profile requirement:

1. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

2. Fluent in English, knows Bengali & Hindi

3. With 2/3 years work experience in similar field & position

4. Resident of South Kolkata (preferred)

5. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

6. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
