Educational Qualification & Experience Required:
Any Graduate/ Post graduate in marketing or MBA (Marketing & Sales)
2-3 years hands on corporate experience as a Business Development Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and lead generation:
Candidate should be an expert in generating leads from various sources to help in growing business.
Cold Calling and closing from the existing data and new database.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Marketing & Selling Activities:
Responsible for setting up strategies for business growth.
Responsible for sale & marketing activities.
Target oriented:
Candidate Should be target oriented.
Target would be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Revenue Generation
BDM will be responsible for generating revenue or income for growth of business.
Reporting and Coordination with Team members:
To coordinate with training members for admission & their payments.
To coordinate with other departments and give them clarity for all admissions, payments.
Corporate tie ups:
Setting up meetings with business owners/ entrepreneurs.
Market Research/Market Analysis
Adequate knowledge of current market.
Determine the most suitable market for working industry.
Vendor Management:
To book hotels/auditoriums/seminar Halls in different cities when training/workshops have scheduled.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Search vendors and make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost.
Work and preparation during Workshop/Seminars:
To make all necessary arrangements in the booked venue like. (Guest sitting, breakfast, lunch, dinner), projector, PPTs, Camera, sound systems, mikes, stationery requirements, testimonials, worksheets, etc.
