Business Development Manager – PUNE BASED CANDIDATES ONLY
Tatva leadership a niche player in the Learning and Development space, focusses on Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Diversity – Equity – Inclusion. We work with clients across sectors like BSFI/ IT/ FMCG/ Manufacturing. Our purpose is to design and deliver customised learning interventions which unfold new possibilities for application.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with HR/ L&D / services experience of 4-5 years
Role:
1. Lead Business Development
2. Lead the social media space for visibility / Leads
3. Liaison with clients & Consultants for executing training programmes
Must have Skills:
- Marketing & Concept selling acumen
- Microsoft Word - PowerPoint Mastery
- Hands on knowledge & experience of leveraging social media
- Experience of using digital platforms like Zoom – Teams – WebEx
- Communication – written & oral
Good to have Skills:
- Documentation
- Research
- Time Management

Compensation & other details:
- INR 35,000/- onwards depending on experience
- Workdays – Monday to Friday 9,30 - 6 PM
