Job Description
Good command over English and regional Language. Preferably from Metal industry/ Manufacturing/ FMCG Sales
team. Candidate should have managed a sales team of 8-10 executives. Good knowledge of the geographies and
the market ofthe districts he will manage.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Profile –
• To Manage day to day operations through a team and responsible towards the achievement of Sales
Target with maximum customer satisfaction. Manage all the Sale & Operation related activities asset by
the Management for the districts managed by Divisional Manager.
• To develop innovative marketing programs that drive the sales and Empanelment
• To handle Aucjunction and Rawmet line of Business
• Manage monthly effective sales closing as per calendar
• Setting yearly sales target as well asIndividual sales target.
• To Valuate scrap materials and quote for all auctions.
• High value auctions above 10 L to be managed by DM across his districts assigned.
• Willingness to transfer acrossIndia.
• Monthly targets to be met in both the line of business.
• Daily reportsto be published to RM and Management.
Required Qualification
Qualification: Any Degree/MBA Marketing – (Immediate Joiner Or 1 weeksJoiner – Joining Bonus with Terms
& Condition applicable, if selected you can work in your own location and confirmed appoints travel other
near by industrial area states)

Office Timings: 9:30AM - 6:30 PM, 6days working. Monday-Friday. Saturday - to pm
