BDM Responsibility:
• Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Finding & developing new markets & improving sales.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Developing quotes & proposals for clients.
• Attending conferences, meetings, & industry events.
• Training personnel & helping team member develop their skills.
• Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are met.
• Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies.
• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Researching the market & industry trends
BDM Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects & multi-task.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field; Master (MA or MSc) in Business or related field preferred
• Extensive knowledge of industry preferred
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Note: (He must have clients in Defence, Working knowledge in Co-operate & B2B Sales )
