Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 3+ years’ experience selling IT solutions (preferably in Salesforce) to customers
Getting business through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, People per hour, Guru, Etc.)
Identify potential customers & partners in US, Europe, and Australia
Generate leads by constantly searching on various marketplaces and other professional networks such as LinkedIn etc.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Create a strategy to connect with potential customers.
Initiate conversation with potential customers and introduce Nubys and its services.
Able to achieve quarterly and yearly targets
Learn about Salesforce Technology at a high level
Create relationship with Salesforce Team
Attend Salesforce Business development and partnership events and implement the learnings
Work with internal Presales team to work on submitting proposals
Maintain long term relationship with customers
Prepare winning proposals and submit them immediately after bidding projects.
Follow up with clients after submitting proposals.
Plan Email campaigns, social media campaigns and prepare newsletters.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Plan offline strategies essential for Business Development of our company.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
