Candidates have passionate about the sales and Marketing via Online and Offline tools.

Excellent communication skill and convincing power.

Handling entire responsibilities pertaining to New Business Development as well as HR Recruitment and Business Management Functions. Ensuring follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with call of action, date, complete profile information, sources, etc.

Lead generation activity via Social media, LinkedIn, Budding Portals, and Also posting company profile on different portals Like different Employment Portals.

Using Different Employment portals for get in touch with hr of the company to approach them to get empanel.

Generating New Leads & Getting more business from the existing client.

Ability to work achieve monthly targets.

Coordinate with Internal teams as well as client form smooth function of work.

Arranging Meetings with client accordingly visits to every corporate company to visit.

Maintain good relationship with client as well as recruitment team to get the work done.

Making service agreement, Finalizing the budget, Approval of Budget.
