Maintain a high level of Sales activity and build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales quota
Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
Grow revenue from existing clients by upselling and cross.
Job Requirements
Prior understanding of online recruitment space.
Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person.
