Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing

markets

Ability to establish the appropriate business contact in an organization and close the business deal.

Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Think strategically and set goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Develop and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline in accordance with the sales plan.

Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors

Develop business sales and marketing strategy.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role

Demonstrating confidently about the Company and its product offerings to the clients and smartly probing the client about their requirements.

To be able to comb through and gauge quickly the client requirements during every

interaction and improvise the sales approach in accordance at every step.

To do adequate research about a prospect and gather relevant information prior to making an impactful sales pitch to a client.

To formulate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly sales plans in line with the sales quota as allotted.

To follow-up with clients as per the timelines as agreed for the next sales discussions.

To be on top of competition.
