d. Explain, Train, Depute Inspection Team to conduct work successfully.

e. Check Documents Internal and External, Issue Reports/Certificates, Invoices, Payment Collection

f. Appointing subcontractors/surveyors, monitor inspection expenses and control.

g. Train, monitor and control your subordinates/team reporting to you.

h. Maintain discipline and ensure good, safe workplace in the office and field.
