Job Description

Product:- All Types Of Loans (Secured/Unsecured Loans) & Insurance – FEMALE/MALE

Duties and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone

etc.

ï‚· Identify sales opportunities for the Secured/Unsecured Loans products by acquiring new customers &building new relationships

ï‚· Generate fresh leads through self sourcing/references

ï‚· Conduct sales promotion activities through DSA and Sales Executives in open market and improve

relationships through expos and events, various activities

ï‚· Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face to face.

ï‚· Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

ï‚· Develop relationship with Builders, Realtor's, Connectors,CA, DSAs and corporate to leverage business.

ï‚· Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of

those services.

ï‚· Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products PL,BL,HL,ML,LAP etc.

ï‚· Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue targets

ï‚· Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file

logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.

ï‚· Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers

ï‚· ï‚· Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and by managing a team of business development executives

ï‚· Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

Key Skills:

ï‚· Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Excellent lead generation and conversion skill

Experience in a Sales driven organization (BFSI/Insurance/Real Estate)

High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
