Hiring Assistant Manager: Business Development & Client Management Officer

Location: Delhi, Moti Nagar

Experience: 6-10 years

Salary: 6 LPA

Industry - ISP/Telecom

Skills Required-

1. Should have at least five years of experience managing cable operators or LCOs while working for an ISP

2. Must have knowledge of maintaining the LCO's present subscriber base while adding new LCOs

3. Must be persuasive and have strong communication abilities.

5. Candidates that are willing to start immediately will be given preference.

6. Able to work in a target-driven environment.

7. Should have management experience.

Responsibilities-

1. Should be able to keep current customers and generate the most business from them.

2. Act as the point of contact for all LCO-related issues.

le LCO escalation situations quickly and tell the Management.

4. Visit LCOs frequently to keep up the good relationship.

5. The appointment of new LCOs as needed.

6. Should be responsible for collecting money from operators in response to recharges made on their accounts and should constantly work to boost sales.

7. Should regularly coordinate with the B&C team to check on the outstanding payment and ensure that it is cleared.
