Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
As a Business Development manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
1. Approaching Potential leads and closes them within a stipulated time frame.
2. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
3. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
5. Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
6. Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
7. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
3. Experience in microfinance, sales, marketing or related field.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
5. Proven sales track record.
6. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
7. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
