Rules and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.

• Lead management and co-ordination with the team.

• To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

• To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis

• To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

• To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly

Requirements :

• Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• Excellent Organizational skill

• Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field

• Representative skill with communication
