Job Description

1. Strategise fund raising and mobilising capital from investors India and Overseas.

2. Preparing and updating investor pitch decks and develop a rapport with investors.

3. Inter personal skills to communicate and coordinate with clients.

4. Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, forecasting, and maintaining short and long term business development plans.

5. Connecting and building sustainable relationships with the broad ecosystem Investors, Other funds (Venture Capital, Angel Investors, Hedge funds, Private equity etc).

6. On boarding institutional investors and working on their documentation and KYC.

7. Reviewing investors feedback and potential to solve their queries.

8. Attend calls and meetings with investors to get them on board and maintain strategic long term trusting relationship with them to accomplish growth.

9. Fulfilling due diligence formalities with large investors for fund raiser.

10. Drive programs to reach out to potential investors and professionals to source investments for our clients.

11. Strong business acumen to understand the company and its ecosystem.

12. Ability to network and build relationships with wide ranging stake holders.

13. Implementing a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaign.
