Role and Responsibilities:
• Experience in Sales and BD (IT, ITES and Contingent Work Force).
• Previous experience as a sales head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proactively create demand for Offshore/onshore engineering and IT solutions.
• Must have an existing network of prospective clients to close the deals quickly and must be target oriented.
• Should have IT talent deployment exposure with business sectors like: Financial Institutions, Manufacturing Companies, Product Companies, Healthcare, etc.
• Ability to build direct relations with Decision Makers.
• Experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Client / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs.
• Experience working as a Delivery Manager to manage recruiting efforts is highly preferred.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Consulting Industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.
• Strong secondary/internet research skills, In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current even.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Good experience in contract staffing and providing SOW based solutions to clients.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
