JOB TITLE: TEAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (IAP/SAP/CAP)

LOCATION: KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL

About the role

We are looking for a team development manager to lead the fresh recruitment in company and develop the team in large scale. He/she will be responsible for the performance as well as growth of the team.

Responsibilities

? Determining regular hiring of new candidate in the team for development and growth of the team.

? Providing regular training and product knowledge to new joiner in team.

? Providing call support to team to handle their customers.

? Planning and implementing new ideas in team for the complete development and growth.

? Helping team members to achieve their promotions in company in record time.

Candidate Requirement

? Previous experience in insurance or financial sectors will be preferred.

? Freshers are welcome.

? Knowledge about life insurance is compulsory.

? Should have ability to handle a team.

? Ability to build strong relation with team and customers.

Location & commitments

? Permanent full time job based at Kotak life insurance, AC Market Branch, Kolkata, West Bengal.

? Office timing Monday- Friday (11:00am - 05:00pm).

Compensation Package

? 3LPA
