We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ BDE having 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Sales for our organization.
Job description :
Generate and identify sales leads, pitching or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with existing ones.
Source new sales opportunities through Bidding Channel ,inbound lead follow- up and outbound reach and email Marketing.
Understand customer (Business to Business) needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve quarterly goals.
Maintain and expand your database of prospective clients.
Perform effective demos to prospects.
Good Knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing
Know how to Write Proposals / Costing / Negotiations / Prepare Project schedules.
Should Have good offshore based client base
Meet and Exceed targets through lead generation.
Excellent Communication ( Verbal & Written) along with Presentation skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing and selling Technologies Services to Individual/Business
Having a regular follow up with customers and convincing with our service offerings.
Calling up on data of Businesses/clients/individual and counselling.
Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution.
Closing IT deal.
Experience
Should be able to generate leads using LinkedIn and Phone calls.
1 to 2 years of experience in IT service marketing and sales, generating leads, handling inbound leads, strong follow-up skills, business understanding, ability to answer client queries . technical, business etc.
Candidate must have experience in LinkedIn marketing.
Experience in creating professional ppt and presenting it to IT companies.
