Pre-Sales+Sales+Marketing
Develop sales support resources such as demonstrations and presentations including industry specific content
Helping sales executives by making technical presentations, answering technical questions and managing customer trial through
• Product demos and presentations to prospects, articulating the products business and technical values to customers.
• Development of demos and Proof of Concepts with a clear plan to take a prospect successfully through the pre-sale process and turn them to a customer.
• Handling customer follow-ups, handholding and training prospects through product evaluations.
• Coordinating and contributing to proposals in response to RFIs and RFPs
• Estimating project management, development, and testing for small team projects
• Develop deep understanding of company product lines
• Design solutions by having a clear understanding of industry requirements and mapping the same to company products
• Pre-implementation requirement analysis
• Meet with customers to understand needs, problems, objectives and business pains to drive solution Demonstrations that meet key needs
• Coordinate demonstration events, logistics and technology
• Contribute to the functional and technical road map of the products
• Contribute in content for all collaterals and documentation for the products
• Participate in the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts. •
• Identify customer project needs, budget, timelines, business issues and obstacles
• Build solution and commercial value propositions to our clients which includes building customer presentations and proposal writing
