Responsibilities and duties
Identifying the new sites for the projects
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers
Preparing PowerPoint presentations, tenders and sales displays
Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Working closely with the Marketing and Services to ensure high level of continuity throughout the core business
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Skills and Qualifications
Degree with 5 years of Experience as a BDM in Real Estate
Creative talents, innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management, organisation and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Proven ability to work independently
