Job Description

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating

contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• Ensure smooth functioning of the operation such as inventories, stocks and on time delivery

of the products.

• Collect feedbacks and work reports on a regular basis from the distributors and ensure the

company objectives are met.

• Arrange meetings for the distributors and sales team addressing their concerns and help

them solve with utmost satisfaction.

• Training distributors and sales team with new marketing tactics, and modern approach for

better business growth focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Imply on the organisation policy, ethics and acquire other marketing strategies as and when

instructed by the company.
