TVTRIPSNSTAY HOLIDAYS PVT LTD., Aluva based timeshare group urgently looking for Regional Managers – Sales for Kasargod & Kannur (1), Kozhikode (1), Malappuram (1), Thrissur (1), & Ernakulam (1).
Job Profile:
• Planning and executing the sales targets.
• Ensuring the sales closures
• Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location if required
• Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.
• Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively
• Good in the B2C sale Job Description
• 3-5 years of total experience of which team handling experience is a must.
• Must be target oriented, should have background of BFSI, NBFC, Insurance , Real Estate and Timeshare experience will be highly preferable an must have great contacts in the market
• Experience in direct sales preferred.
• Excellent in Leadership Qualities
• Candidates worked into membership/ policy kind of sales will be preferable
• Candidate with English proficiency will be highly preferable
• Must have potentials to turn prospect into customer
• Must be good in interpersonal relations
• Flexible to travel across the respective districts on average at moderate frequency if required
• Pleasant personality & excellent in communication skills
• Sound knowledge about the local Market and timeshare
• Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure.
• Have strong Decision making and presentation abilities.

Educational Qualification: +2 Pass/Graduate with good communication skill
Age: - Minimum 18 Years
No. of position ONE in each district
Salary would be 15K to 25K + incentives (negotiable for experienced candidates)
