and coordination with vendors.

 Develops corporate training center strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations

goals.

 Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget.

 Collaborates with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training for

courses offered by us.

 Would be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors.

 Requires any bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit.

 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience is mandatory.
