BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD - A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest. We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.
RESPONSIBILITY:
As a Business Development manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
Approaching Potential leads and closes them within a stipulated time frame.
Create exclusive distributors and Business associates.
Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities.
Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction.
Look after the entire business growth of the exclusive distributor and business associate.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
REQUIREMENT:-
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

SALARY STRUCTURE:-
On job training period (4 month) - /-month
Regular period:-
In the 1st year- /- with business target
In the 2nd year /- with business target
In the 3rd year- /- with business target
After that annual increments are given by the company as per the performance.
