Job Description :-

• Spare parts management to optimize the availability of spares for machines.

• Manage assigned services and available resources within budget guidelines.

• Vendor development and Indigence of imported spares.

• Managing machine development / project activities for improving product quality & timely production.

• Develop maintenance schedules with manpower planning and enforce them among maintenance staffs.

• Work closely with all functional maintenance team for inventory, manage, and track spare parts.

• Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures for operation.

• Coordinating with team member for safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, facilitating compliance.

• MIS Reporting and keeping track of calibrations / inspection / AMC of machines as required and ensure upkeep certificates / correspondence / history cards / PM / ISO documents etc.

• Co-ordinations with Inter departmental, ., Suppliers & Different Contractors.

• Act as a team member to implement 5S, Gemba, Kaizen, PDCA activities.
