Job Description :-

Spare parts management to optimize the availability of spares for machines.

Manage assigned services and available resources within budget guidelines.

Vendor development and Indigence of imported spares.

Managing machine development / project activities for improving product quality & timely production.

Develop maintenance schedules with manpower planning and enforce them among maintenance staffs.

Work closely with all functional maintenance team for inventory, manage, and track spare parts.

Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures for operation.

Coordinating with team member for safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, facilitating compliance.

MIS Reporting and keeping track of calibrations / inspection / AMC of machines as required and ensure upkeep certificates / correspondence / history cards / PM / ISO documents etc.

Co-ordinations with Inter departmental, ., Suppliers & Different Contractors.

Act as a team member to implement 5S, Gemba, Kaizen, PDCA activities.
