Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
2. To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
3. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
4. To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
5. To actively gather feedback of every prospects and maintain lucid support by sharing with internal teams.
6. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
Requirements and skills
1. Work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role
2. Track record of achieving sales quotas
3. Excellent communication skill
4. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
5. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
