Job Description

To deliver Lighting Product sales in the Projects business in a division. Lead a team to Engage with various stakeholders like Architects, Structural Consultants, and Civil Construction Companies. Problem identification and consultative selling are quintessential in conversations with these evolved Institutional Clients.

Responsibilities:-

1. Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets to create a high-quality sales pipeline.

2. Client interaction for campaign reporting and progress.

3. Understand customer requirements, comprehend BOQs, and identify existing/ latent needs

4. Pitch products and services to the customer as per the identified need

5. Generate referrals from various sources like existing customers, influencers, stakeholders, etc.

6. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

7. Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the company.
