Roles and Responsibilities
• Sourcing business and achieve the assigned targets – Branch leads, Open Market leads etc.
• Interacting with the customers and explain the product features, terms, etc.
• Manage relationship with Customers & ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be accountable for end to end pre and post loan documentation, with the customer.
• Executing activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts.
• Be responsible for daily update of leads / lead tracking on CRM software.
• Ensuring the prescribed guidelines are followed and lay down processes in execution of your responsibilities.
• Good convincing skills
• Consistence performance in business growth for new clients & existing clients is a must.
• Recruiting and training sub ordinates for performance improvements and meeting company targets.
• Generating Cross Sell leads of other Products through Self Sourcing /Referral
Communication : Should have excellent communication & convincing skills in English , Hindi / Telugu.
We prefer candidates with sales & business development . We may prefer from banking/ Financial services but it is not compulsory . . We can take from other industries if the candidates have good experience in Business Development / Sales.
