Responsibilities:
· He/She will be responsible to drive the sales of the organization and help in the overall business development.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. The candidate should have good communication skills and should be willing to travel and make new clients.
· Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
· Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. *Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
· Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
· Research and build relationships with new clients.
· Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.
· Plan approaches and pitches.
· Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
Requirements:
· He/she should have on-field experience in the IT Enabled Service Industry /Software/IT Based Solutions)
· He/she should have good connections in the market and should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT industry
· Experience in selling IT products and services to clients. Talk, present and convince decision-makers, and CXOs.
·Experience in Inside sales for technology/ professional services/ B2B
.Should know how to generate leads
. Good at making presentations
. Experience with US/Overseas clients
. Experience in IT, Software Services
. Has good negotiation skills
