Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our

clientele. You will be the front face of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an

effective sales strategy.

To be successful in this role, candidate should have previous experience developing leads from marketing

campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Candidate should be capable of cultivating strong relationships with

proper follow-ups and engaging customers, from first contact until the deal is closed.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships

with clients.

Rolls and Responsibilities:

Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails

Presenting our company to potential clients

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Ability to build rapport in a diverse workforce in a multicultural setting.

Competencies and Skills Required

1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role

2. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

3. Proven sales track record

4. Experience in customer support is a plus

5. Market knowledge

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

7. Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
