Profile : Business Development Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Responsible for identifying opportunities within an assigned territory to sign publisher and media reseller agreements for Comporium white-labeled digital agency services and advertising solutions.
o Provide ongoing support for sales training, product updates, new product offerings, and management support for all partners in assigned territories to ensure revenue targets are met and/or exceeded.
o Work with the Comporium digital marketing team to ensure all processes, customer support, and customer experiences are exceeding partners' expectations.
o Coordinate and conduct webinars and seminars in our markets to help partners drive product and service awareness, and drive revenue to meet market targets.
o Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports for the Director of Business Sales.
o Manage all digital marketing campaigns.
o Maintain knowledge, skills, and market awareness in industry trends and standards; seek out areas for professional development
o Other duties as assigned
Experience : At least three (3) years experience in Digital Marketing Sales Management
SKILL & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Building Partner Relationships - The Digital Marketing Sales Manager uses relevant system features and data to engage with partners.
Persuasive / Professional Partner Communication - communication via phone, email, and when presenting is professional, informative, concise, and takes into consideration all audience members. The Digital Marketing Account Manager is able to read the room and is generally persuasive.
Ability to Influence and Impact Partners' Businesses - credibility and technical knowledge allows the Digital Marketing sales Manager to make recommendations that result in positive business outcomes. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will understand change management strategies and is comfortable confronting any brutal fact within partners' businesses.
