Job Description-:

Conducting meetings with architects, Contractors, Consultants & Builders on frequent basis

Creating the customer database based on the data input shared by field sales team.

Follow up with Sales force for the CRM reporting, updating certification Initiatives.

Handling web queries, board calls.

Handling calls for Pre sales marketing related to projects inquiries, maintaining paperwork guiding them with directions, and efficient follow ups to customers and maintaining high service standards.

A CRM Manager must know the needs of his/her customers and have knowledge of the problems consumers want to be solved.

As well as dealing with customer requests, you must offer ideas and insights as a means of helping to improve their

experience.

Handling the end to end CRM Operations.

Skills Required-:

Strong Interpersonal & Active Listening Skills

Highly Detail Oriented & Ability to Effectively Multi-Task

Excellent Management & Leadership Skills Extensive Knowledge of Products & Services Offered by Company
