Rules and Responsibilities:
As a BDM, you have to perform the following duties:
1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
2. To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
3. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
4. To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
5. To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
6. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
7. To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.
8. To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
9. To actively gather feedback of every prospects and maintain lucid support by sharing with internal teams.
10. To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
11. To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements :
1. Candidates with Bachelors degree in any stream.
2. Excellent Organizational skill
3. Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field
4. Representative skill with communication
