Job duties and Responsibilities :
1. Lead generation and conversion of prospect business clients (Networking)
2. Direct and virtual interaction with B2B clients, stockists, and super stockists. Channelising all the updates from each side and ensuring creative solutions.
3. Responding to complaints/grievances from customers (B2C), and give after sales support when requested.
4. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
5. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
6. Maintaining business long-term relations. Finding the right leads for business collaboration. Maintaining a finer and fruitful relationship to build future partnerships.
7. Generating sales via multiple channels including Social Media.
8. Finding new sales possibilities and opportunities.
Qualifications Required
Educational :Graduate Degree from any authorized institutions
Work experience (Preferred) : 12-24 months
