Ability to write blogs and content would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Listen with empathy, understand and handle client enquires and questions, and help them to by suggesting the right service that will help them.

Work closely with Coach on day to day basis and manage coach's schedule.

Learn about the coach, the background, the kind of cases she has handled in the past, the success stories, so that one can speak about the services provided with conviction.

Track customer satisfaction by taking feedback, and constantly keeping in touch with the clients, coach, the team to ensure customers are served well.

Will be responsible for selling one-on-one Coaching and Coach's programs under the guidance and support of the team.

Will be involved in brainstorming and future project and services to come up with new ideas to serve clients
