Responsibilities
===============
• Listen with empathy, understand and handle client enquires and questions, and help them to by suggesting the right service that will help them.
• Work closely with Coach on day to day basis and manage coach's schedule.
• Learn about the coach, the background, the kind of cases she has handled in the past, the success stories, so that one can speak about the services provided with conviction.
• Track customer satisfaction by taking feedback, and constantly keeping in touch with the clients, coach, the team to ensure customers are served well.
• Will be responsible for selling one-on-one Coaching and Coach's programs under the guidance and support of the team.
• Will be involved in brainstorming and future project and services to come up with new ideas to serve clients
