He will be the Front-line sales Manager & monitor Sales activity by his team of BDOs / SA s/ Office Boys / Sales Executive (Outsourced) in his Region.
He should guide , train , monitor & Coach his team on a regular basis for improving their business outcome.
He Would be responsible for the Sales Target of the Region by perfect planning of Sales activities & deputation of his BDOs / SA s/ Office Boys / Sales Executive (Outsourced)in concurrence to RM and submit to Corporate Office on or before 25th of previous month to ensure the start of activities from 1st Day of the month.
He is the Outbound Sales Head of his Region & Should ensure proper functioning of the Sales Department in concurrence & guidance of the RO Set Up.
He would be responsible to ensure that none of his assigned branches are in the weak and loss making category, and would coordinate with the marketing department for business promotional activities for improvement of these branches.
He would also ensure the New Branch Activation by deputing the Sales Team at least 3-4 days before the Inauguration of the branch so as to get at least Lacs of Business on the Inauguration Day.
He would also co-ordinate the marketing effort in conjunction with his team and provide proactive feedback on market response.
He would also be responsible to ensure viability of marketing activities carried out and provide feedback to the departmental head at CO(N) regarding the customer response.
He would also monitor closely the competitor activities and provide feedback to the departmental Head at CO(N).
He would also focus on new customers acquisition from ‘Point of Sale’ tie-ups with organizations in their catchment areas.
He would also take minimum 3 branches in RO Location to carry out Sales activities to support the Branches as advised by Regional Head / Sales Head (CO-N)
