Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.
• Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
• Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc.
• Approaching Potential leads and closes them within a stipulated time frame.
• Look after the entire business growth of the exclusive distributor and business associate.
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS office
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in microfinance, sales, marketing or related field.
