BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD. – A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest.

RESPONSIBILITY:-

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.

• Create exclusive distributors and business associates for the company towards business growth.

• Approaching potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame.

• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

• Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.

• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

• Experience in sales, marketing or related field

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
